Chinese salesmen have a habit of being TOO POLITE and hurting their own sales efforts. Each sales call or contact with a prospect should result in you ASKING FOR SOMETHING that will move you one step closer to a transaction. You may not be ready to ask for an order, but you should know what next step is reasonable — and ask for that!
Every time we speak to someone, we should decide what result we want, and then make sure we ask for it. Whenever we speak to a potential client:
We want someone to DO SOMETHING.
We want someone to GIVE US INFORMATION.
We want to GIVE SOMEONE INFORMATION.
How do we insure that we are successful? How do we make sure that we are being understood? How can we know that we are in contact with the most appropriate person? The most effective thing we can do is build our report or speech around a clear Call To Action.
Hard to belive, but yes. MoJo is now 100% taken. We haven’t had a wedding ceremony yet, but we’re making plans. A good wedding ain’t cheap you know!
My wife, Zoe is born and raised in Shanghai and we got married here in this great city. Marriage in China’s pretty wild: you say your vows by the Chinese flag, you get stamped, and off you go. I call it the world’s most “no fuss” marriage.
Well, I wish they would resurrect it here in China. Actually, you get used to the smoking after a while. After all, a love of or tendency toward smoking is quite common in many countries around the world. But the thing I don’t get, the thing that annoys me the most, is a bicyclist with the handlebars in one hand and a cigarette with the other. What? You couldn’t wait ten minutes? Or at least pull over to the side of the road?
Not only is one-handed bicycle smoking (which sounds like my favorite new Olympic sport!) dangerous, as the Chinese - generally speaking - are bad enough in the traffic and transportation department without devoting half of the balance in their upper body - and most of their attention - to smoking a cigarette. But they consistently blow smoke in the face of the person cycling behind, which - on numerous occasions - has been yours truly. I’m already getting the black lung. I don’t need cancer and emphysema too.
Wow - I’ve been ranting a lot lately. Perhaps it’s time for a vacation. Or my nap. Makes me actually miss LaiwuAnyway, I love you, Zoe. For eveyone else… you’ll hear more about us and our marriage life through the blog postings.

Mira Craig and Pia Tjelta - two rising stars

The two rising norwegian stars Mira Craig and Pia Tjelta are just becomming very popular in Norway. The Mira Craig is a musician/singer and Pia Tjelta is an actor. They are both very talented and will undoubtly do great in the future. Music and acting is an art form that are higly appreciated by the norwegian audience. Pia Tjelta is starring in a movie that will be released very soon and that movie will do great and get many people to the cinema to watch it. Mira Craig is releasing a new album very soon and the album will for sure make it to the top 10 list in Norway.

There are of course food recipes from all over the world on the net and wether you are chicken crazed, a cake junkie, a chocolate man, a cheese fan or a crock pot head you will easily find something that fit your taste. Another good thing you discover starting cook with recipes is that it is easy to cook good food, belive it or not, it is actually easy to make anything you want to eat. A course can look very difficult to make, but when you see the recipe you understand that all you need is the time to cook and the ingredientd. Actually, time is often not an issue, I was thinking of cooking as very time consuming, but now, when I have started I see that it is not time consuming to cooka good meal, its just fun and very relaxing, its just a good way to spend the time. Simple like that. Sites like Recipeseasy.com has a good collection of recipes for you to pick from. So go on, good luck, pick a recipe on random and surprize yourself.
